At RO40, our mission goes beyond umpiring development. We are dedicated to making a real impact in the communities we serve. Through sports, social initiatives and charitable efforts, we strive to uplift individuals and families in need.
From supporting young athletes with equipment and uniforms to providing food and essential supplies to vulnerable populations, RO40 is committed to giving back. We collaborate with local organizations, create safe recreational spaces, and promote values like teamwork, discipline and respect.
Huellitas del Arca
RO40 is committed to making a nationwide impact. We believe animals deserve happiness, too. That’s why we donate food to the Huellitas del Arca Corporation in Salinas, giving freely as we have freely received.
RO40 Play Zone
Through our Vice President and Director of Social Work, Alex Caballero, we have formalized an agreement with the Board of the Juan Jiménez García Residential Complex to create the “RO40 Play Zone.”
- Encourages sports and physical activity among youth.
- Provides a safe and structured environment for social development.
- Promotes values such as respect, discipline and teamwork.
- Strengthens community integration and healthy recreation.
Boxer Ángel Urbina
RO40 supports sports! Ángel Urbina, an 11-year-old national champion from the Juan Jiménez Residential Complex in Caguas, received our help with his equipment and uniform.

Talita Cumi
In a collaborative agreement with the Talita Cumi Corporation in Juncos, RO40 supports their mission of providing food to people experiencing homelessness and offering spiritual assistance and other services to individuals struggling with addiction. RO40 contributes food and essential items, giving freely as we have freely received.
Hospice care
We believe in bringing comfort and dignity to those in hospice care by providing essential items for their daily needs. Through our social initiatives, we supply hygiene products, clothing and other necessities to people facing serious illnesses, so they receive care with warmth and respect.
